Tutoring or Brain Training: What’s the Difference?
Brain training
Build the underlying learning skills. A structured programme focused on cognitive processing and learning efficiency, delivered through a dedicated centre experience and trained practitioners.
Not Tutoring
The distinction matters for owners. A BrainRx centre gives families a different conversation: not only “how do we catch up?” but “what helps this learner engage, process, and make progress?”
How does it work?
Weak cognitive abilities are the root of many problems with thinking, learning, reading, remembering, and attention. Brain training targets and strengthens weak skills through fun (but challenging!) mental workout sessions. By strengthening neural connections in the brain, brain training helps the brain better understand and process incoming information. And not just a little bit better. The improvements are significant. Our personalised, one-to-one sessions combine engaging, game-like exercises with the encouragement of a dedicated trainer. Challenging and enjoyable for children and adults alike, each session works towards individual goals, with progress monitored along the way.

Small Steps. Stronger Minds. Brighter Futures.
Each learner’s cognitive weaknesses are determined as they undergo a fun but intense cognitive skills assessment. We recommend the best program to develop their cognitive abilities and enable them to realize their full potential based on their age, skill levels, and aspirations.
